The following measures are taken from the viewpoint of preventing the spread of infection.

  • Checking guests health at check-in and will be asked to fill in a questionnaire of the health condition
  • If you have cold-like symptoms with a fever of 37.5℃ or above, please contact to staff immediately.We will direct you to the nearest health center.

In public spaces

  • Hand sanitizer is now available throughout the hotel. We highly recommend practicing proper hand sanitization at all times.
  • Hand dryer stopped, paper towel installed
  • Regular alcohol disinfection of lobby and elevator buttons
  • Secure space between seats such as sign posts

In the guest room

  • Thorough alcohol disinfection of parts that come into contact with hands
  • Thorough disinfection with hypochlorous acid water at washable slipper installation facilities

  • Breakfast is basically provided as an individual set meal (sometimes served as a buffet style)
  • Secure social distance by spacing restaurants/table seats
  • For cleaning, thoroughly disinfect with alcohol and hypochlorous acid water.

  • Hand sanitizer avaliable near front desks
  • Prior confirmation of congestion
  • The locker room has restrictions on group size
  • Regular cleaning and disinfection of changing rooms, pools, and public baths
